The program
Level Hires text messages are sent by Level Hires LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801. A Level recruiter texts you one to one about your hiring search or your application: to confirm or remind you of a call with our team, to send you something you asked for, and to reply to your messages. We don't send bulk marketing texts.
How you agree to texts
We text you only after you've said yes, in one of two ways: you tick the text message box when you send us a brief, apply as a rep or send us a message on this site, or a recruiter asks on a phone call whether they can text you at your number, and you say yes. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with us or buying anything from us.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your search or application, usually a few texts around each call. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text from us (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). We'll send one text to confirm and then no more. To start again, reply START.

Reply HELP to any text from us, or email hello@levelhires.com.
Your number and privacy
We don't sell or share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We use it only to text you about your search with Level. Our privacy policy explains what else we collect and how to ask us to see or delete it.
Carriers
Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
